City Year Seattle Beautifies YWCA Lexington-Concord

*With paint brushes and rollers in hand, City Year Seattle/King County corps members helped paint the ceilings of three floors at our low-income housing facility, YWCA Lexington-Concord, in downtown Seattle.

City Year Seattle/King County corps members commit a year to providing critically needed services to some of Seattle and King County’s most underserved children and youth.  With a strong component of serving their community, the painting project fell right in line with giving back to the women and families that we serve.

Watch the video for testimonials from two of the corps members that helped out that day:

Thank you, City Year, for your fabulous paint job and all that you do for the greater Seattle community!
